I was gonna let Bryant off but now you mention this he obviously wants revenge for how Max took Emma

Marsden and Bryant are obviously doing wrong but they are fantastic to watch as are Keeble and Ritchie I don't want them off my tv I could happily watch a series with them as the main characters.

I don't think anything they do is illegal. Let's face it max should have owned up about Lucy banging get head and Ben should have told them about mugging lucy.

They make themselves look guilty

Keeble has played things by the book she's been impartial the whole way through the investigation. As for Marsden she may bend the rules a bit when it comes to the Mitchell's but she's on the side of justice. The only one who is properly bent it would seem is Cameron as he seemed quite prepared to set Max up but Phil rejected his offer.

In the real world, they would be reprimanded but I think there's a lot of dodgy cops in real life. They were interesting.

Who's going to arrest them? DS Malachy? Or that custody sergeant who thinks he's a standup comedian?

In real life those three would be struck off the case for how they have acted

It is bordering on the unbelievable now - I really doubt a police officer would be allowed to co-lead the prosecution of a murder suspect who bedded and ran off with his wife, a conflict of interest if ever I saw one.

I like Keeble (the woman) but the guy needs to go.

Keeble has played things by the book she's been impartial the whole way through the investigation. A complaint by Max's solicitor should be enough to get him took off the case. Eastenders are twisting reality.

I doubt it I think there are a lot of slightly bent coppers out there, it's not as if one of them killed Lucy although at one point I did suspect Bryant.

That's an interesting concept. Please let us know exactly what laws they have broken, and what needs to be proven to convict them.

Marsden could get in trouble for the way she has acted.

Police use tactics like this to interrogate suspects all the time.

You've totally avoided the question.

No they don't, it's a total misrepresentation of how a murder enquiry would be conducted.

In most murder cases a DCI or a DI would get nowhere near a suspect and most interviews would be conducted by a DC, or possibly a DS at the most.

They haven't broken any laws but Marsden could get done for harassment. She has a problem with the Mitchells and it's obvious.

You are just having a wild guess and obviously don't understand the law in relation to harassment, or the powers afforded to police in relation to the arrest and detention of suspected criminals

Both Bryant's and Marsden's judgements are clouded as its personal and I hope the IPCC take this into account if they are called

As for DI Keeble, I am not sure about her apart from she wants someone arrested and charged
