Could be a good pick as they go 2-1 up

Paddy power doing some £20 specials. I've lumped on Southampton to beat Chelsea @4/1. Not really expecting a return but you never know....

Just had an interest on there being a red card in the 2nd half of the Chelsea match at 11/4(Hills)

Seems a good price with 4 yellows already in the 1st half

Have Southampton +1
Arsenal
Everton draw
Swansea draw

To try and get something out the weekend

Thanks. Ordinarily I wouldn't have touched such a bet with a barge pole but this is a punters football season.

Thinking that Everton are underpriced for the Derby as well. They are 9/5 while Pool are 17/10. Can't see the sense in that. Will bet in the morning but looking at a treble or patent of

Everton win
United win
Swans v Spurs draw

What say you lot?

^^^ Apparently a lot of other people thought Everton were overpriced as well because they have gone in to 7/4 now. Haven't bothered with the treble, just stuck £20 on United to win.

Real Madrid @ 11/8 to beat Athletico looks a good price as well.

Okay. United are currently getting an absolute tonking and there looks to be no way back. So I've just backed the draw @ 25/1

Tranmere to win away at Wrexham this evening. Hills pay 13/5.

I realise it's not football betting butI'm sure it's of interest to most of us punters

Soldier wins £13.2m after gambling 25p online

British soldier Jon Heywood has become an overnight multi-millionaire after betting 25p.
The 26-year-old who toured Afghanistan won his fortune in an online casino and kept his win quiet for three days. He even went to work the following day.

Well done. That is a stonking bet. If you only do £2 acca's, you just given yourself another 44 goes

What's the big deal? I'd go into work the next day as well - just to see the look on my bosses face when I tell him

Anyhoo lots of potential in the prem betting 2mmrw. Will study the form and give my picks later probably. Can see Spurs turning Pool (spurs in form and Pool have injuries) and maybe, just maybe, Villa doing Chelsea

But I think I will definitely take advantage of Paddy power's £20 offer on the Watford v Arsenal match. If you bet £20 on a televised match you get a free £10 bet on the same game. At current prices, you can bet £20 on Arsenal to win and a £10 on Watofrd to win and at least get a tenner back. Mind you, a draw would bugger up the maths..

Did the £20 on Arsenal @ 8/13 and put the £10 freebet on Watford @ 11/2... looks like a stone-cold draw ATM though.....

Nothing to choose between Oxford and Plymouth - other than that one is even money and the other is 3/1. I'll take the 3/1 on Plymouth.

Bury are also good value at 11/4 to win away at Bradford.

So Plymouth and Bury. Two singles and a double.

Can't see Arsenal winning but +1 makes them around 10/11 not to lose to Bayern

Roma 3/1 or plus 1 again at around evens against Leverkusen is possible

Okey dokey. After getting tanked with CL bets in the midweek (who saw all those draws coming?) I am going to bet mostly on the theme of there being no draws 2mmrw despite most matches looking like definite ties.

Think I'll be do multiple bets like a lucky 31 based mostly around these results:

West brom win
Villa win
Stoke win
Leciester win
West ham win

If I had to call draws I'd say Norwich V West brom and West Ham V Chelsea but it could be the whole damn lot TBH.

One bet I will definitely do is the Paddy Power freebet offer - again on Arsenal. £20 on Arse to win gives me a £10 freebet to play with. Currently Everton are 13/2 to win so if I lay that there's no way I won't make some money - unless it's a draw of course Good luck all.

I still feel if a team is about 3/1 and you feel they are overpriced the evens +1 makes it a good bet.

Nearly happened again with Seville but not quite

I can see the appeal of handicaps but I mostly avoid them because they are essentially correct score bets and I'm no good at those. But I may have a look at what's on offer with Arsenal and Everton.

Okay, this is probably going to be the last punt I talk about on here as even DUNDEEBOY isn't joining in the fun anymore.

So, I've gone for a risky £20 on Pool @11/4. Again it's the Paddy Power money back special, but this time I won't be able to cover my losses on a draw or Chelsea. So I've already written the £20 off...

Otherwise, I'll be doing multiples based around

Chelsea V Pool draw
United to win
Stoke win
Swansea win (yes I know, but they're a lovely price and at home)
Watford v West Ham draw
West brom win

Not betting on City and Norwich cos no value there.

Am really tempted to back the Aussie's in the rugby as well. Probably a good handicap bet actually....
