What date is Coronation Street Live Episode

I want to know when Coronation Street Live episode in September because ITV 60 anniversary is on a Tuesday 22 September so is the Live episode on that Date or somewhere around it. The other things is Rugby World Cup will be started so ITV will have to fit the Coronation Street live episode in somewhere. The last thing I want to say is the live episode on for an hour?

That's a good idea but they should keep the show in the usually schedule at 7.30 and again at 8.30 pm this can give the cast half hour break between 8.00 to 8.30 pm and let soap fans turn over and watch EastEnders at 8.00 pm. This can avoid clashes.

There's surely no way they'll go head to head with EE that night?!

I'd say Emmerdale will be put back to 8.30. Leaving corrie from 7-8

I doubt they would/ It's ITV so Tuesday will have an Hour Long Emmerdale clashing against EastEnders. (It affects both soaps)

Maybe the if the BBC are feeling in a good mood they might move EastEnders out of it's slot and allow Corrie to air 7:30pm-8:30pm freely. Personally i'd stay put. Sure it will dent EastEnders but ITV left Emmerdale against it's LIVE ep in February and has clashed an hour Emmerale Disaster against it next week (Could have been avoided)

Anyone concerned about schedule clashes with 'rival' series has merely to record one for later viewing (the same evening) and watch the other as it goes out .. surely?

I don't own any 'smart' devices at all, but I do have a high-end Blu-ray recorder that can record two programmes broadcast in HD at the same time simultaneously, whilst I watch a third (if I've a mind to). But I'm sure any recording device will do the trick if it's just two programmes that clash.

Clashing two shows that are similar just doesn't work. ITV should be looking to maximise it's ratings for the LIVE eps. It's why ITV cry foul about the BBC clashing Strictly against X Factor when they lose out but when XF comes out top it's ok//
