Alicia dying makes sense. The actress is leaving and having Alicia split up with David would just be daft imo.

Moira?.... she's been stale for ages. She worked so well as a mum - even though Holly & Hannah were painful to watch. It'd be good to replace the actors. It wouldn't make any sense if Moira or Adam died and Holly & Hannah didn't return for the funeral.

Adam - maybe this was planned....that's why they had him marry Victoria and gave him that story with Vanessa - so he sort of had a bit of happiness/drama before the end! This would leave Victoria thinking she had Adam's child as a reminder of him.... and then would find out she didn't...ouch. Then she'll probably find out she's pregnant as well.

I don't want to see Moira grieving horrendously though... which makes Cain turn to Charity... she'd be left with no kids if Adam went. She would also think she had her "Grandchild" to find out she didn't..... mega ouch.... but then again Victoria would be pregnant. It'd be lovely to see Moira with her grandchild.

The paternity of Vanessa's baby is obviously being kept a secret from various people for a reason at the moment.

I think Aaron will end up accidentally killing Chrissie to save Robert from her, Robert is the only witness - which means they've both "killed", so end up united in murder . I REALLY don't want that for Aaron though, that'd just finish him off.

Even if characters have still been filming, it could be on life support in hospital.

I've decided that Dan is a goner. Kerry is not invited to the wedding. I'm sure I heard/read a couple of months ago that the actor was leaving Emmerdale. I might have dreamt the whole thing though ! Im still sticking with Alicia dying. She is my fav character and was disappointed when I heard she was leaving. I'm hoping they won't kill her off, otherwise it will be a tear fest if they do.

I think val will use this as a way to fake her death. Her body won't be found and everyone will think she is dead including Eric, leaving it open for her to return, she is a great character and I'd like to see the door left open for her in some way.

I still cant see Alicia dying. She hasnt been in any episodes for a couple of months so I cant see her coming back just for a couple of episodes and then getting killed off. I remember reading a while back that she was not leaving the show until around Oct;/Nov so that would take her to Christmas on screen

I think if they kill off Andy, then that's a bit of a narrative cop out because it means they don't have to bother with the whole situation of Robert being involved in Katie's death.

Yes - let's have villainous Robert killing of Katie - oh wait, but the fans love Robert - oh well, we'll just kill Andy off in the stunt and then we can wipe the whole killer Robert scenario under the carpet!

True. That is the Hollyoaks way of doing things, killing a character off because they cant think of a normal way of concluding their storylines.

Im beginning to think that only 2 people will die (Finn and James) but that there will be a lot of injured people paving the way for more drama in the future.

Cain has to regain Moira's trust does he, almost exactly the same words John said to Moira when she had an affair with Cain and look what happened to him, so does this mean the odds of Moira dying in the big disaster next week been cut dramatically, the fairy of soap contrivance likes sucj parallels, so poor Moira we will miss yer.

Its True Moira chances of surviving the Disaster has gone from Small chance of Dying to Dead meat in the light of last night and the parallels with Her late husband John.

Emmerdale's latest post on Twitter makes me even more sure Ruby will die. Isn't she going to decide to become a carer tonight or something? It seems cliché for someone to decide what they want to do with their life then have it taken away from them, especially as Ruby is very much a background character that's been under utilized and has the unfortunate scenario that she's tied to unlikeable characters (for me at least: Rachel & Ali)

I heard somewhere 6 characters will die next week. Possibly not at the scene but later on.

My suggestions now are David. Alicia was involved in Emmerdale's previous siege drama so I can't see them bringing her back and then killing her off.
Also read somewhere yesterday on a magazine - Robert gets burned alive.
I was thinking Andy too because I think Kelvin had said before he was thinking of quitting the show.
Also read a major character will leave too.

Think Ruby is a cert. Surely one of the Bartons will die? There are so many involved in the disaster to come out unscathed. Very much doubt Alicia will die though. I still see aother storyline for her before the actress leaves later in the year. The last issue of Soaplife in their Coming Next section at the back stated there was a good betting that a Dingle would be killed but a number of the Dingles seem involved in other storylines the week after next so it is the usual Soaplife nonsense.

Though they don't include Finn. At all. Though I think his days are numbered now, he knows about the affair among other things and he's a young gay guy who is comfortable with his sexuality and the only drama that can be made from a gay character has to be to do with his sexuality.

It says SOME villagers in inside soap, so more than 2 anyway.

It keeps being said that a Dingle could die. My fingers are crossed.

I shall keep hoping for more than two, something of the proposed magnitude needs to have an actual affect on the people living there.
