I was thinking who will get charged for Lucy murder in tonight episode. I think it not Max because everyone is saying it's him. I would like to think EastEnders will shock us tonight and charge someone else for her murder? Who do you think will be charged tonight?

From spoilers released it indicate

I think Jay, he and Lola are credited tonight. Stacey gets the duff duff though so I don't think the murder charge gets the ending.

I don't think that the blood on shoe and DNA put to Max was a red herring so I expect it will be him. Both of these are easily explained by him though and not really incriminating, it's another example of the poor procedures and script writing of late.

Stacey and the key storyline get the doof-doof tonight so I'm assuming it will continue on from last night's cliffhanger which would indicate that it is Max who is charged. But if he does get charged, Lauren knows the truth so when she finds out her dad has been arrested she will surely step in and have to tell the truth?

We know the blood come from the carlot fall lucy had so Max can explain it not sure the police will believe him.
