Can't see why Max would drop his own daughter in it to save himself. Even he isn't that low.

Another good episode! Billy reverting to his weasel ways again. Poor Lola - she's better off saying she killed Lucy than going to live with Dexter! Surely they can get Greggs' cheese n onion pasties in London now?

Max's willy got him into this mess, but it may also help him get out of it!

It's beyond a joke. Terrible, terrible storytelling.

9/10 Episode
10/10 MyCindy
0/10 MyLauren

Who does Max think did it? Hopefully Abi or Pam or Sonia. All three of them should go down for it in the end.

Max said in court that one of the people in the room knew he didn't kill Lucy. He must therefore believe the killer to be someone in the room. It can only be Abi; it fits with the fact that they were covering for each other the whole time.

The irony of this is that Max was only brought up by Abi to protect Ben. Max is now charged with murder, Ben and Jay are both going to be thrown inside for the mugging, and it looks now like Max will bring Abi into the frame so far as Lucy is concerned too. So after everything that's happened they're all in trouble anyway. I do like that the suspects haven't just been abandoned; sure, the audience and the Beales found out what happened and after that the other suspects seemed to stop mentioning it, but why would they? They still don't know the truth. So I'm glad that they're still all in the frame so far as they see it and I'm pleased that we're finally seeing their stories unravel in terms of what happened that night.

I've always thought Jane would take the blame. This storyline needs to end soon because its getting ridiculous.

Has Max put two and two together, and is Stacey the key into getting Max free?

I do agree with the comments it was a sad episode. An innocent man has gone down, due to his evil cow of a daughter wanting to keep her gay boyfriend free. That blood came from the confrontation Abi and Lucy had. It has to be! Quality acting from Jake Wood there.

Jane and Ian - the guilt is consuming both of you. This is going to go nuclear when people cotton on they're behind Lucy's death and covering it up. I hope Cindy blurts it out or Bobby confesses to everyone himself. I liked the scenes with him and Carol - and credit has to be given to Carol just holding it together. Lindsey Coulson is one of the assests of this show, shame she is leaving short-term.

Oh Silly Billy - my opinion has changed. Ratted Jay out just to keep Lola and Lexie. You're just pathetic. Why the hell Lola was axed, I'd love to know. Criminally underused and we know Danielle Harrold is a good actress. That was real emotion she was portraying when she said goodbye. You can tell she was sad to leave the show. I do hope one day she can return back. It's sloppy how she has her family around her, got a job at Deano's salon and just buggers off to Newcastle to see Dexter a character seldom in it. Not good DTC, not good. As for Jay, I do echo the senitments he will go down a dark path.

Claudette and Paul - good chemistry with those two actors. He knows, yet Claudette is just denying it and denying it. Love when they argue.

Overall, top marks. DTC wasn't bluffing about the dramatic summer.

I'm afraid I absolutely can't condone violence in any of it's ugly forms, even if MyLauren is the one dishing it out.

Lola's exit was a bit meh, it seemed rushed, but what else could her exit of been really? Danielle and Perry were so good tonight.

Abi how could you just sit there and let your dad go to prison. well Ian as well, but even so.

Does Paul think about anything else other then having sexy times with Ben?

Stacey is the new Miss Marple of the Square.

A part from Lola's exit it was a another good episode.

It was from when Jake hit Lucy in the face when Max helped her get him into the flat.

Her nose bled and dripped on his shoe.

I don't believe it will come out that ian and Jane knew because that would mean both leaving and since I very much doubt ian will be leaving that means only Jane.

It happens, I remember reading a child death story when both the mother and father said each other did it... and no one got jailed as they could not prove either way. Also I suppose the more people are arrested for murder, the more solicitors could say the police have no idea and are just fishing now...

was that really Lola gone now.... god that was quick. Maybe something will come afterwards, everyone seems to like her and does not want her gone. She hasn't been on the lash with that girl from Hollyoaks that was sacked ??

Yeah, two people blaming each other is one thing. But the EE cast are playing tag now.

Sorry pal, wasn't meaning it to sound like I didn't hear you. I also find it getting a bit Hollyoaks now.... the more they stretch it out and intertwine it with ongoing storylines, the more holes appear in the actual story and the crazier it seems to become

Was the blood on Max's shoe from Jake hitting her or from when she hit her head at the car lot?

Also - how come Jay gets arrested for robbery yet Ben doesn't?!!!
