Is Toblerone drinking a can of John Smiths,, what happened to the usual Newton and Ridleys stuff
It's 'Stagg' which is Corrie's fake brand of canned beer. They've used it for years now.

this Steptoe storyline is ridiculous. Well one of many ridiculous ones in Corrie at the moment
And mind-numbingly boring too. I don't give a damn about this woman getting 'buried' under her boxes.

should not have bothered calling Jason to fix the door, if Roy had left it for a few hours some dodgy kids would have cleared out the house in no time and off down to Cash Generator with the stuff

I didn't actually think that was bad. I could do without the Alya pregnancy plot (any chance she isn't? I actually like her and Gary together), and the insane Gail/Michael/Eileen love triangle but Callum getting manipulative with Bethany is actually an interesting direction to go in and it’s always great to see Roy being philosophical and compassionate and some nice stuff from Fiz, a character who gets a harder time than she deserves.

It's one of the biggest cliche's in soap... a one night stand, while already in a relationship will always result in a baby !! Gary has been giving it to her for months, Jason has one go and "baby"

That gag has been done to death but i felt it needed an airing for that question
Definitely! . They should put it into the script just for a laugh!

It all just felt like filler tonight, particularly the unintentionally hilarious sight of Cathy being knocked off her feet by a load of Guinness Books of World Records😂

Yes I agree with you about Callum and Liz, but the Roy and what's-her-name really has struck a new low.

They're great. Almost as bad as the scripts.

They used to have 'Chit Chat' magazine which was Blanche's favourite.

There was a short-lived rival to the Weatherfield Gazette, a tabloid called the 'Daily Pulse'.

Unrelated but I just found this fantastic picture.
