Morning kwynne, busy day yesterday, and also I'm terrified of accidentally seeing a spoiler, so I'm keeping away a bit. (Why can't people see that telling me who they know doesn't die is just as bad as telling me who does)?

Yes I saw your Deathwatch list - I'm just happy lovely Brenda was on the 'Least likely to' list, (even if the reason made no sense whatsoever).

Wonder if the actress has some illness that requires you to be off work suddenly for a number of months at a time

Yeah, how come Jai always objects strenuously when she wants (yet another) afternoon off, but has no problem at all with her regularly disappearing for weeks on end?

I was avoiding any hint of using any knowledge of spoilers I might know, in certain respects I may have been influenced heh, I couldn't think of an actual reason with Brenda other than she leaves a charmed life.

He'll be acting like a boxer who has had one bout too often in a couple of years.

Roberts remark to Chrissie that he was glad that they weren't the only ones having marital problems was the funniest and best line of the year.

No episode is standard at present they are building up/closing down all the storylines in anticipation of next week, a whole load of new storylines will srat then so they need to end or put on hold a few for now.

Analysis Centrals 6 points about the latest episode

1) Are Emmerdale episodes getting more violent in the episode alone Dross assaulted Robert by ambushing him and bashing him about the head (the umpteenth time Ross has bashed someone about the head) and Moira walloped Chrissie and is this really a good thing.

2) That was an extraordinary elaborate plan that Ross put in motion to rob robert, were they real roadworks in which case how did he know Robert would be coming along when none of the workers were ther, and if they weren't really proper works where did he get all the gear and clothes from at such short notice.

3) Doubt anyone would want to get on the wrong side of Moira would they.

4) Cain has to regain Moira's trust does he, almost exactly the same words John said to Moira when she had an affair with Cain and look what happened to him, so does this mean the odds of Moira dying in the big disaster next week been cut dramatically, the fairy of soap contrivance likes sucj parallels, so poor Moira we will miss yer.

5) The eyes of every viewer may have gone a bit blinder at Rodney and Joanie in the toilet.

6) Val is bonkers if she thinks her plan is going to work would be easier and quicker to go to prison surely.

Lol, kwynne - I wondered if I missed the bit where they explained all that too. Dross has a lot of dodgy contacts though - he must have FakeTrafficLightsRUs on speed dial.

Weekly Bulletin of the Malt(shovel)

Fresh scandal rocked the village this week as it was announced to the bar of the Woolpack that Robert Sugden had bee cheating on his wife Chrissie with a man, Aaron Livesy no less, it was rumoured by the Late Katie Sugden before her death that Robert had been having an affair but nobody believed her and it put a strain on her new marriage, Relations between Chrissie and Robert remain poor so its likely this will not be the last this bulletin hears of this matter

On Wednesday a great deal of equipment and clothing was stolen from the Robblesfield road roadworks, these include traffic lights and barriers, they were found abandoned hours later on the connelton road. Police are baffled.

The Albatross and Pidgeon pub in Hotten cricket were thown out of the league following a match with the Malt, thye were accused of Ball tampering, The Malt was awarded full points for the game.

A Llama was killed and eaten by a pack of wolves which escaped from the Collection of Lord Harewood all the animals have been recaptured.

Next week is the marriage of Pete Barton and Debbie Dingle, this reporter and several patrons of the malt has been invited so we wish them luck
