Yards down the road the car careers over a pavement where it comes to an abrupt halt with the engine still revving.....as a car would with a dead person behind the wheel and their foot stuck on the accelerator.

Had DuBose been alive and attempted to 'drive off', then he would have got a lot further than 50 yards down the road.

Tensing also claimed he was 'dragged' by DuBose's car, which can clearly be seen he wasn't, yet his account was backed up by Cincinnati officers Eric Weibel and Phillip Kidd.....the same officers who were implicated in the death of a 45 year old mental health patient at the University hospital five years ago.

Cincinnati Police made an out of court settlement to the family of the patient....giving immunity from prosecution of Weibel and Kidd.

Tensing could not have chosen two worse officers to falsely corroborate his statement.

If nothing else, this tragic incident shows just how trigger happy, American cops have become.

The prosecutor says that the cop appeared to lose his temper because the guy wouldn't get out of the car. Again, as with the Sandra Bland case, too many US cops losing their tempers over mind numbingly trivial incidents. Losing their temper over a child rapist, or murderer is more understandable, but not over someone who doesn't have a front licence plate, for Christ's sake !.

He was a glorified security guard, he didn't undergo the usual cop training, I heard on the radio news that they turned him down, he's clearly unfit to be in possession of a gun, losing his temper like that, he seems to have some kind of personal deficiency

In this instance none.. Just another trigger happy idiot in a position of power with a gun.. Although you must admit that there does seem to be quite a few cases recently where the 'victim' has been doing very little in the way of provoking the person in power and they have simply been .executed. A lot of these people have been black so I'm not surprised there is a fuss being kicked up.. It's probably worth seeing what sort of background this 'cop' had before jumping to conclusions.
