As far as I can remember, this was never revealed and still remains a mystery. I'm wondering if it will be revisted. I still find it so creepy. It could've been Bobby I guess, but why would he do that? Or will it just forever remain an eerie unanswered question?

Has nobody checked what is actually inside the Jewellry box?
The Bloodbath keeps all of the trophies of his victims in there, fingernails, teeth, eyeballs etc.
I am hoping against hope that the Philth's testicles will have a space reserved for them as well.
It was Bobby, the kid needs help. He knows he bashed her over the head with it, so to give it to someone has a present is so messed up, I don't believe the whole 'he doesn't know he killed her' he must at least feel guilty and hurt the way he left things with her.
Why would a 12 year old boy remain anonymous in his gift though? Surely kids like taking credit for stuff like this
