My commentary
Hey everyone, I hope you are all having a lovely day. It's been a while since I have done of these thread and boy have I missed doing it. My work and life etc. keeps me extremely busy but it always a pleasure to do when I can do it.

The show has picked up in the past few weeks, I thought I was bored of the Lucy Beale case but I think this part of the arc has been the best part. Seeing different families on the Square being torn apart about the associations and Marlsden and Keeble duo!!! Genius idea to bring those two together. Incredible actresses. Anyway enough of me yapping on...

IT IS STACY BRANNING! - Abi isn't too pleased when Stacey (Lacey Turner) starts quizzing her with some uncomfortable questions about the night of Lucy Beale's death.

Stacey starts looking into the mystery after being contacted by Abi's desperate father Max, who has been wrongly charged with the crime and wants her help.

Acting on Max's behalf, Stacey confronts Abi (Lorna Fitzgerald) and tries to get to the bottom of where she was on Good Friday 2014.

As the pair talk, Stacey's questions become too much for Abi and she finally snaps by angrily attacking her. Is Abi getting out of control, and will Stacey come to the wrong conclusion that she killed Lucy?

The day of the Cokers' centenary party has arrived, but Paul gets tough with Les by insisting that Claudette should stay away. Not wanting to risk Paul's wrath, Les reluctantly tells Claudette not to come. When Paul overhears this, he is grateful that Les has respected his wishes.

Later, as the party begins, Claudette throws a spanner in the works by turning up anyway. Paul tries to confront her but she refuses to engage with him. Les soon gives an emotional speech about Pam, but Paul struggles to enjoy the event due to Claudette's presence - especially when he spots Les and Claudette having a laugh together.

It doesn't take long before Pam notices her grandson's strange behaviour, so she tries to get to the bottom of what is going on. Backed into a corner, Paul finally tells Pam that he thinks Les and Claudette are having an affair.
