If HO ever got axed on his watch, he shouldn't ever be approached to take on any long running show. And TV networks shouldn't look at any of his ideas for new programmes. The man is not even fit to direct a school play.
The Sienna vs Nancy rivalry is one of my favourite things about the show. They're so catty and bitchy with each other. Great scenes.
