I don't think she'll want EE, she's simply waiting for Blackburn to be given the his marching orders at corrie.

Clashing of soaps (Or any show that are similar) is a waste of time. It just splits the viewers. Yes the Emmerdale cast and crew were annoyed that Emmerdale went against EastEnders LIVE @ 30 because they thought it was wrong.

Regarding next weeks stunt. Emmerdale will beat EastEnders hands down by a fair bit
I would expect something like this Emmerdale 8.3 (Peak 8.9) with EastEnders grabbing 3.7m (BBC 3 figure will be it's highest since 2010 which was 1.8m)

You would think ITV would want to maximise Emmerdale's ratings for one (If not) their biggest stunt ever but no they just want to dent EastEnders figure making Corrie have a bigger yearly average overall. ITV have used Emmerdale as a weapon against EastEnders for years now.

No I don't want her at EastEnders. I would rather someone that hasn't been an EP on the other soaps and someone that knows EastEnders inside out. The last time we got a producer from another soap (Kirkwood) it went downhill fast.
I am happy for DTC to stay a while longer

We just had no choice but to put up with her sadly. Best thing she done was head for the Dales

In a word no!

I would like Daran Little to take over some time down the line. DTC has got the job for as long as he wants it.

Anyway Oates will move sideways to Weatherfield when stuart hangs hit hat up, isn't that the form on itv?

I would like Bryan Kirkwood to take over the helm at Coronation Street.

I reckon that J-B guy is a shoe in for the next EE producer. Knows a good storyline, handsome, charming, oozes sex appeal, would probably cast people based on who he fancies / agrees to sleep with him. Everything a good EP should be. And more.

She was actually technically a producer on Corrie. Very briefly mind. Only for the 2012 Text Santa special.

She was Assistant Producer on Corrie for six months. Story Editor on Emmerdale before that. She's also been a producer on The Archers for seven years.

I really hope she doesn't leave for a while, but wherever she goes next will be lucky to have her.
