Emerdale surprise surprise (Not a Spoiler)

I just noticed when lochlain and Robert were outside talking I noticed it was at Creskeld hall and not the facade. Why are they using the facade for the front of of home farm and using creskeld hall for the rest of the building. Don't say that the owners decided that they don't want emmerdale using there home because clearly they don't mind them using it. Also it makes no sense the facade looks new and creskeld hall is old

I got this from Creskeld hall Wikipedia

The Hall is known to many people as Home Farm from the ITV soap Emmerdale and has been used on the show since the first series commissioned following the pilot series in 1972, a purpose built imitation was used for a short period in 2014.

I've thought this too before. When they need the back they use the real building but the front they use the facade. I assume because it's on the Emmerdale set they use the facade. The problem is it's so much smaller!
