Skip to 25:10 and yep you're correct! Kat and Alfie's burned out shell is no more. I wonder if we'll have anyone move in? Or ever meet Max's new tenants, which, I assume haven't moved in as DCI Keeble searched the place the other day and there were no tenants inside - which the begs the question. Why was Max living with Carol?

So we have number 23 empty and we also have Max's house empty, with Kat, Alfie and Max all gone for the forseeable. Pat's house is surely going to empty out once Carol decides to pack up and go.

I'd like to see a new family move into one of these properties. I think the Hubbards will move into number 23 or maybe Max's house.
