In the old days you never knew what was happening in your favourite soap until it took place on your TV screen and that was probably the best way for soaps. Nowadays the Internet is buzzing about what is going to happen in a soap rather than what has happened.

Exactly. She's back in the show early Autumn - probably the beginning of September but that doesn't mean she is in Albert Square. Her turning up just as Ben is about to leave would be a logical thing to do dramatically and HalowEen is in 3 months time.

I think Kathy is back in Albert Square in October but we will see Kathy outside the Square. Eg: the train station
