Ah, no wonder I don't remember. EE went to shit that year so I completely stopped watching. I think I only started watching again that Christmas when the Carters came in.

The Cindy plot was resolved when Peter found thd money and showed Ian and they paid Phil back.

A lot of the kids don't appear that much as well as Denny....it's because the kids in Year 11 and below have their working hours governed by their LEA. And plus money might be tight and when they have the children on set, they have to pay tutors and chaperones. That's probably the reason why Denny and other kids are rarely seen.

Sharon inherited the bookies if my memory serves me correctly. She must have been loaded when she left Walford last time. Did she spend it all on massive wigs and pills?

Really I think that the guy from corrie forgetting he had a dead baby is probably the worst thing ever to forget so I think you may find that corrie are, using so much as forgetting just more of the case it's over and done with as for Sharon she's always mentioning him and perhaps the actor ain't working at the moment

We're clearly getting a Denny with a new head in the future. I doubt the previous actor is still on contract - he's not appeared this year I don't think. They've also clearly dropped the Denny / Sharon abuse plot.
