This song became a kind of obsession after losing my beautiful daughter to cancer.

God only knows by the beach boys has me in tears every time I hear it.
Another beach boys one which had me in floods of tears was sloop john b. Day of my gradads funeral. As soon as it mentioned " my grandfather and me" I was off

If I was ever an actress and was required to weep, if someone off stage quietly hummed the tune I'd be in floods of tears immediately.

Nessun Dorma - when the BBC used this for the World Cup theme in 1990, my Nan loved it. I bought her the single of it and when she died the following year it was played at her funeral. From that day to this I have not been able to hear that song, I have to walk out of the room or turn it off.

Abide with Me. Played at my dad's funeral, can't listen to it, have to mute the sound when it's sung before the Cup Final. And I still cry 'cause I know what they are singing.
