Corrie is full of caricatures - it's not just the gay characters. To be fair, I don't think Todd, Sophie, or Billy are caricatures. Not like Sean, Liz, Mary, Norris, Kirk, and countless others.

I wouldn't say Todd is particularly bitchy. He's nasty and scheming rather than bitchy.

Todd is a great example imo for corrie. His sexuality has not defined him. Only his horrible attitude and actions.
