Me too! Pity they couldn't have somehow had Allie there to be killed off instead. I thought the scenes with the actors who play Ruby, Dan and Kerry were the best of the night. For a supposedly 'minor' character - I actually had tears welling up in my eyes as Ruby was dying!

Me too. The acting and direction were spot-on - very affecting.
I was disappointed to hear that they killed Ruby off, Alicya Eyo is a really good actress who wasn't used enough in ED

I think all the breaks that the ali actress has had kind of didn't help with the fact Ruby got so sidelined, I Liked the Ali actress when she was in shameless but haven't really warmed to her in ED so glad about your spoiler tho I think it is like she already had. which means they brought ruby back from liverpool just to kill her. glad she got a last chance to shine tho

Meanwhile, I've got to say that even unconscious, Debbie was the worst bit of the show. What the hell was that about? Not a scratch on her, not a stain on the dress, and Pete and Ross STILL rowing over her. So bored of this now.

Great acting from those playing Ruby, Dan and Kerry tonight. I'm so glad Ali wasn't there to ruin it. Just a shame we're going to have to see her in grief mode now. Sooner she leaves the better.
