Not necessarily, I don't think that will happen straight away as Sharon could not hide that from Ian.

It really does sound amazing, this week should hopefully get some decent ratings.

Sounds like it'll be a good week, I don't think 20th August is Sharon discovering Kathy is alive as on the 21st August it says she's trying to find out what Phil is up to. It seems to be the start of Sharon discovering Kathy's alive though!
