I thought it was brilliant - total edge of the seat stuff as well as touching scenes with Val and Diane.

I thought the acting was superb

Totally agree. Brilliant. Can we just give them all the awards now please? Well done to all involved.

For me the acting was okay, a bit dodgy in places, but there was some very good camera work done on tonight's episode. Well done Emmerdale crew.

Seen bits of it on DS soap page, have to say, from what I saw, it was pretty dam good, good for The Farm soap. (I say that in a nice way before anyone starts. )

Totally agree. Fantastic acting and drama. Full of emotion. Loved how so many scenes and stories linked together.

Also huge well done to ALL the crew involved. They don't get enough credit for stuff like this. Even such things as camera shots/movements, transitions and other little things that many don't think of, but they actually have a big impact on the show.
The director(s) involved in these episodes are brilliant, and managed to tie everything together perfectly.

Seriously hope they get some awards for this!

Emmerdale has been consistently brilliant since Carl King died but is NEVER recognised in any of the rewards shows.

It is definitely the better soap out of the big 3 -By a mile!!

I can see Pete becoming another un-reluctant serial killer like Cameron started out

How do you explain corrie winning constantly then?

The fact is itv treat Emmerdale like a poor relation. Nothing to do with Eastenders

Best episodes of the week. Vals death was so edge of the seat.

Charlotte Bellamy deserves a BAFTA for the alcoholism storyline too

I agree with that, she is one of the strongest actors on the show.
