Could pete frame Cain

Ross would need to be dead for this to happen. He may put plans in motion next week when the 'body' is found but it will be to no avail when th body is revealled to not be Ross.

Not sure how. if they find Ross' body then Cain will know where he left him and Pete left prints everywhere, he was sick at the scene no doubt there was blood in the car, who's car was it? He was seen throwing his clothes away. He will crumble

Not sure that could happen as Ross was seen at the hospital by several staff after the wedding whilst Cain was seen by many witnesses in the village from the wedding through the incident and to hospital. Also would they not be able to check the signal on Pete's phone when he took the call from Cain ?

Also how would Pete even know that Cain took Ross?

The story will be interesting, but I doubt Pete will frame Cain.

I expect it will more a case of Debbie thinking that Ross left because of Cain, and when (if?) the body is found, she will be shocked that her dad actually killed him.

But of course she won't be able to say anything, leaving both Pete and Debbie feeling responsible for the same crime.

Maybe this is why he was only covered with leafy branches instead of a hole dug.

I don't think the storyline has been written in such a way, to allow this to happen.

Pete couldn't frame Cain for murder because he doesn't know Cain kidnapped him.

He moved Ross' lifeless body in Ross' own car....the VW Golf. Cheeky pig!

Cain could confess to Pete or Debbie out of guilt. I think even Cain would feel bad about killing someone. Even if it was Ross. Especially as Debbie did love him.

Do you know if they find his body? Or do they just report Ross missing?
