4.34m for Doctor Who according to Gallifrey Base.

9.3million enjoyed @bbcstrictly last night with a peak audience of 10.4million on @BBCOne making it Saturday's highest rated show on TV
Great for SCD good for DW.

I knew X Factor would rate like that. No Saturday shows for weeks, judges houses, down year on year anyway (the Saturday JH show last year only got 7.3m). Still very poor though.

Only 6.6 m for XF that's very poor for it.

Excellent for Strictly. That's awful for XF. Expect live shows to be around that level with ridiculous finish times.

Another great rating for Strictly. Doctor Who doing OK but a bit down on last year. Not great for Celeb Chase but I suspect the lead-in was minimal.

X Factor will be up tonight but I dread to think how low it'll be next week for Halloween.

Your predictions were very good.

That's poor for TXF including the +1 number too. It should be up tonight based on last week but considering the reaction it has received on here, it could struggle.

Wonder if this maybe sends a message that X Factor would be better only one day per week?

Very disappointing for XF. Didn't expect it personally due to the increasing Sunday shows. Tonight should increase but next week will be tough with Halloween and the bank holiday weekend.

Cheers. I'll have a go at tonight later, although I'll probably be wildly out this time!

XF was dull last night and it's good that it's reflected in poor ratings so that they won't repeat it again. All this trying to reinvent the wheel is just not worth it.
Great for SCD and rightly the top Saturday show.

I hope next year Simon Cowell doesn't even mention a ratings competition! It's obvious from now on Strictly will always beat XFactor

Poo for XF, poor for DW, great for SCD. All in all a dissapointing night for ITV with both theit shows posting low ratings and of poor quality.

Hopefully tonight it much better. I'm thinking

J&H 4.4m
TXF 7m
DA 7.8m

Next Saturday TXF again has a 15-minute overlap with SCD but it looks like most viewers stay with Strictly. On Sunday Strictly gets a strong lead-in from a special 75-minute Countryfile for CIN (1800-1915).

Think you're right. He's more obsessed with ratings than we are
He ain't going to turn it around now or anytime soon unless he can enlist the government to help

I think the figure you have might be about right for J&H. 6.30pm is tad too early. 7pm should be really where it starts tonight based on the content and that ITV don't normally have drama starting so early in their evening. It doesn't give it much room to fall the following week.

X factor could have lopped 40 minutes off the show last night by cutting out all the crap with the begging, asking other judges help, random countdowns, finished at 945pm and probably posted a stronger rating

They've only themselves to blame

.

Like I said earlier for a variety of reasons I don't expect it to have done particularly well tonight. I'll go for:

Strictly - 9.5m
Doctor Who - 4.3m

Celebrity Chase - 3.4m
X Factor - 6.7m

Tomorrow could be interesting...

Your predictions!!!!
