Oooh, new part.
Dark Star - Goofy small budget space comedy from the 70s. Both this and Ridley Scott's Alien shared the same screenwriter so it's interesting seeing where the influences came from for. 6/10 |

Oblivion.
Why, oh why, did I even bother? I can't stand Cruise at any time, but thought I might be above to "overlook" him. I was wrong! The only good thing about the entire movie was the overall look of it, the special effects. The rest of it was pure trash. Cruise was Cruise - just as he is in every movie. He scowls, he runs, he rolls around. Also it was far too long, but I realise that was so we could see lots more of Cruise scowling, running and rolling around. The usual Hollywood "action" flick with plenty of shooting, women who're nothing more than decorative pieces and lots of explosions. 2/10 (for the special effects.)

The Unborn (2009) 3/10
A woman fights the spirit of her stillborn twin brother. Even Gary Oldman could not save that movie. |

The gallows 201 5
If you seen the teaser Trailer , you done with the movie 2 out of 10 Harbinger Down (2015)I only heard of this movie on Friday afternoon , I checked out the trailer The trailer looked really good and it did remind me of the thing, which Is one of my all time favourite movies ever I just seen this movie, I thought the movie did not take long to going Whinch one of things u liked in this movie I really enjoyed some 80 effects in thus movie, I prefer those effects then normal over the top effects we get to see these days. This was sure inspired by thing to me it felt little too similar. This movie was no near as great as the thing. To me where cracks stared to show were some parts of the script, I felt like some of things they were just really odd. I also felt the actors them felt same and he those scenes , we're the script was wake , I felt those acting scenes were really forced And very wood at time I am going to give this movie 5 out of 10 |

The Reluctant Fundamentalist - the story of a 'lover of America' Pakistani who goes from Princeton graduate and Wall Street analyst to terrorist leader.
If you enjoyed 'Homeland' you should like this excellent political thriller. Saw it on Netflix. |

Life of a King [2013]. Director: Jake Goldberger
5/10 Ex felon tackles youth crime by teaching youngsters to play chess. Such a daft idea it had to be based on a true story. ******* Uncle Boonmee who can Recall his Past Lives [2010]. Director: Apichatpong Weerasethakul 6/10 Atmospheric Buddhist tale - too weird to be entertaining. ******* 'Til There was You [1997] 4/10 A film that can't even spell its title correctly is never going to amount to much. ******* Ashes [2012]. Director: Mat Whitecross 5/10 Ray Winston as an Alzheimer's patient sprung from a care home and taken on a road trip as the plot unfurls. ******* Grosse Point Blank [1997] Director: George Armitage 6/10 Professional assassin gets sidetracked by his highschool reunion and an old flame. Takes a while to get going. |

Deadly Strangers (1975) 6.5/10
Reasonably entertaining British thriller about a killer on the loose. The clothing, editing, lighting and colour saturation make this as close to a 70s time - capsule as can be. Familiar actors including Sterling Hayden (The Killing, Johnny Guitar etc) driving a vintage car add to the fun. |

Saw 'Thou art Mild and Lovely' today (new film). What a load of s*it. I actually felt physically sick when I came out because not only was there a lot of gratuitous violence and animal cruelty but the photography was such that it jumped around and focused in and out all the time. The title must be meant to be ironic, since even the sexuality in it is exploitive, nasty and brutal.

Enemy Mine 3/10
I saw this at the cinema and hated it. I thought that maybe I'd seen it in the wrong frame of mind or that it was too intelligent for me at the time. Sadly it's just awful and I was right the first time. Not helped by possibly the worst film score I've ever heard - sometimes drowning out what people are saying. |

Now this how to do found footage movie
Taking of Deborah Logan (I) (2014) Finally seen this movie , Let's just say , I didn't expect to see what I saw from this movie It really surprised me This movie starts of little slow just like all the others found footage movie , Thankfully this move it up a gear. I found the movie flowed really well , there were some decent scary jump scence that actually Work The atmosphere in this movie was great, It's nothing really new but somehow this movie , keeps on edge of your seat I liked the fact , there were not just based in one place . I liked how the story came to end but the last scence (which I saw coming ) Could have been a little more scary then it , still smiled at the end . Really enjoyed that movie. 7 out of 10 |

The Comfort of Strangers
What a bloody line up: Paul Schrader, Harold Pinter, Angelo Badalamenti, Christopher Walken, Helen Mirren, Rupert Everett and Natasha Richardson all descend on Ian McEwan's acclaimed, chilling novella. It ought to have spooked you into the middle of next week but sadly it's an absolute dud and deeply boring with it. Dante Spinotti's lovely cinematography spares him the rod. 4/10 Mary Shelley's Frankenstein Dear Lord, as if Coppola mucking up Dracula wasn't enough. Kenneth Branagh's early 90s hubris backfires badly here, taking on the famous shocker and delivering a shocker of a different sort. When Robert De Niro comes to as the monster he's in full 'you talkin' to me' mode. Hilarious, and a terrible film. 3/10 |

Big Eyes - Latest from Tim Burton about Margaret Keane who in the 60s painted those famous 'big eye' portraits but for years her domineering husband took credit for. It's an interesting tale. Christoph Waltz is sometimes grating as the husband, other times hilarious. Amy Adams is really impressive as Margaret Keane, probably the my favourite performance of hers to date.
7/10 Pocahontas - Disney animation from the 90's. Good animation, good songs. Though I'm sure there's more to the actual Pocahontas tale than what we see in the film. 7/10 |

Sleepaway Camp II
Lacking the first one's batshit and disturbing (to me at least) ending, it was basically the same story, annoying and sex crazed teens being bumped off at summer camp with absurd death scenes and b-movie acting but this one was more of a chore to sit through. It had it's moments though, and bizarrely the original actress who played killer Angela was replaced by Bruce Springsteen's sister. It's a strange world. 5/10 |

I can honestly say it is the worst film I may have ever seen in my life! Even though it features The Ramones, nothing can save this turd of a production!

I watched a couple of the films...
First up I saw The Karate Kid remake (y'know, the one where they learn Kung-Fu) and Knight and Day. Both were okay. |
