The Witch - 6/10
I'm scared of my own shadow (literally the other night I saw it move on the wall and nearly peed a little) and this film didn't frighten me. It has been extremely overhyped. It's very well made though and the score is creepy as hell. |

San Andreas. I've seen this film about 20 times in the past week (2 Boys who love The Rock) - great special effects. Boys didn't know who Kylie Minogue was when she popped up and the 12 year old was annoyed at the fact that 'all British Actors sound really posh in films'. Ending was Way too cheesy but 7/10.

Both hilariously funny and touching at the same time. Recommended even if you don't love F1

Into The Wild
Watched the Sean Penn written and directed 'Into The Wild' on Netflix this evening.
Great film. 8/10 Christopher McCandless (Emile Hirsch), son of wealthy parents (Marcia Gay Harden, William Hurt), graduates from Emory University as a top student and athlete. However, instead of embarking on a prestigious and profitable career, he chooses to give his savings to charity, rid himself of his possessions, and set out on a journey to the Alaskan wilderness. |
