The Hat or Birkwood, who gets your vote??

imo Kirkwood defiantly wins, As he doesn't even seem to know how to put storylines together or tell them in a a coherent way.

Although Kirkwood used to have that ability, at the very least. Has Blackburn ever shown that trait?

Think I'll give this one to BK, though I don't watch either show any more.

Mainly because I think if someone more sympathetic walked into Corrie tomorrow, they could bring it back. Whereas BK has destroyed HO so completely, even Tony Warren couldn't save it. Though I'd quite like to see him try.

ive only ever dipped in and out of HO so I wouldn't really know what I was looking for.

so for me The Holy Hat would have to win this! hes introduced people who would make a new born baby look more villainous!(What ever happen to the days of Jez Quigly and Richard Hillman! those where proper villain's who you generally scared of! (I remember meeting Brian Capron and being quite scared of him but he turned out to be quite a lovely gentlemen! )

It's all a matter of relativity. In absolute terms, Kirkwood is a bad producer, but Hollyoaks was quite crappy anyway. Coronation Street was a lot better before The Hat seized power.
