I rarely, if ever, see you post about anything other than Phil.

I agree. EastEnders and that god awful Carter spin off.

He's the King of Walford. It's been 25 years. It's time to accept it.

I don't know about you but I'm not exactly foaming at the mouth for more Shabnam/Kush, Sonia/Tina, Vincent/Kim, Ronnie/Roxy, Les/Pam, Martin/Stacey and the various other boring and unlikable couples currently filling in the gaps between the Beales and Mitchells storylines. The storylines Phil is involved in are the only ones worth watching at the minute (in my opinion

).

It shouldn't. But if you love the rest of the show so much then why is Phil the only topic you ever discuss?

As do most of us. The difference is we're capable of engaging in other discussions instead of only posting to repeat the same stuff about characters we dislike.

I agree. But I still don't want Vincent the Clown to be the one to take him down. It's an insult to all of Phil's much superior adversaries of the past. If he's going to be taken down it should at least be someone who can be taken seriously to make it worth the wait.

I like him as a character because his storylines are usually engaging. Feel free to disagree on that one

I don't think he's a nice person or should get away with every vile deed but he's one of the main characters and has been for decades so I don't understand the resentment you have for him. I don't particularly like Ian Beale or think he's especially pleasant but he's part of the furniture so there's no point being outraged at his actions.

I don't think it was a rant
