What will they charge her with? She lit a candle. It was a total accident. People loose their lives through carelessness with candles cigarettes etc all the time. It wasn't arson.

Asking a question not implying she doesn't deserve punishing!

Short of her confessing I have no idea how they are going to charge her with no evidence whatsoever?!... Yes she entered the block of flats but can they prove she entered Carla's flat etc??

Unless Carla can remember her keys went missing on Michelle's wedding day and she puts two and two together, I don't know any other way.... I mean did Tracy put these keys back ....or does she still have them??

I also don't see what they could charge her with . It was an accident after all even if she did break into Carla's flat.

The only punishment I can see Tracy having to face in the end is everyone hating her, which is nothing new.

I also read this somewhere

Probably something else forgotten by the writers.

Of course she will. Now we are meant to buy that she is going to feel guilty over the fire, even though she has shown no signs of remorse since it has happened.

Coronation Street boss Stuart Blackburn previously hinted that Tracy wouldn't get her comeuppance, saying that her role in the fire was "utterly unprovable".

Seems no one has CCTV on Coronation Street, I would have thought swanky flats like Victoria Court would have had CCTV so it would be provable Blackburn, well provable that she was there and that she left shortly before the fire took hold

"Coronation Street will air these scenes in September."

During the live episode, possibly?

Blackburn will probably make out that the CCTV was on the blink the moment that Tracy went into the flat.

Remember all the people that went to her wedding? Yes, that would really happen when everyone in the street hates her. Now we're supposed to believe that she's best mates with halfwit Beth, yes, that's likely.

She went into the flat to kill Carla and though she thought better of it her activities led to a fire and deaths. It wasn't remotely like an innocent accident that you are describing.

Yes Tracy will get away with this like she gets away with everything Ken was on the verge of disowning her a couple of weeks ago and now he is defending her and letting her get away with treating people like they are crap.

Tracy has to be the most despicable character on just about any soap ever. We've had countless bad people but they tend to suffer whereas Tracy just gets praise and rewards

Love Tracy. I hope she does get off with it. There's absolutely no proof and she did not intend to set that fire, so no matter what how much of a nasty malicious bitch she might be, she does not deserve to face murder or manslaughter charges like some are suggesting....and nor will she.

We all know she'll get off with it. Bringing her ex husband would have been utterly pointless if she were about to go to prison!

So is that it then??? Everyone knows Tracy was responsible for the fire and that she let Carla think it was her. The Police have interviewed her; released her and they all live happily ever after???

Where on earth is this storyline going???

It had one purpose only - to bring about the miraculous instant recovery of Carla from her addictions to drink and gambling by discovering it wasn't her fault

I don't think they know what to do with this storyline or Simon and Leanne's. Not very fluid storylines, are they? All seems pretty pointless to me.

I am glad Carla knows the truth and tbh that's the only thing I was bothered about. I've stopped caring about Tracy getting her comeuppance.

Yes I fear Simon may not return until he is grown up. And wants to buy into a back street business or avenge his rotten childhood being passed from billy to jack. The actor probably needs to get some schooling anyway. So that he has a few more options than acting when he grows up.
