But isn't that part of the joy of Strictly? It's not just about who is the "best dancer", it's the all around entertainment isn't it? I don't think Chris Hollins was top of the class but he went on to win because he was apparently very well liked and therefore got the votes.

According to Wiki Jay Mcguiness went to dance school as a teenager and there a clips on his Instagram of him training to do contemporary style dance for a performance he was due to do. Personally I'm glad they've got what looks like a male ringer this series and I'm hoping it will take he heat off any the female ringers.

No, not for those of us who actually love dance and love to see beginners do really well and discover the sheer joy of it.

Do I want some old has-been staying on, thundering around the floor like a carthorse? No, not really. However some odd bods do vote for the biggest loser because the GBP do love to back an idiot for the hell of it and love the shambles they create. Not my idea of 'entertainment'.

The rest of us watch in horror and pray they leave asap.

Chris Hollins was total fake and teeth-clenchingly awful to watch. Ghastly!

Helen has performed in stage musicals before such as a lead in High School Musical. From seeing her in that she defiantly could dance
