Just toast, so no vote from me.

Although in fact if I do have cereal, which is not often, it's usually late in the evening. So I could vote "toast then cereal". But I didn't.

There is no point - I was just wondering. So far I seem to have discovered I'm the only person that pigs out on Toast and cereal for breakfast.

This was always my biggest dilemma when I was inpatient and started on double breakfasts. In the end I went for toast and then cereal whilst inpatient, for practical reasons - we had 30 mins to eat breakfast, and the earlier it was finished the earlier we could start (and therefore finish) supervision, so having toast first meant not having to wait for it to be ready when breakfast time had already started.

Since being home I have switched, and tend to have cereal first and then toast. I think just because I prefer the toast usually, although actually I'm not sure this is the case anymore. Oh the dilemma!

I'll start off the day with fresh coffee made in my Moka Pot, a ripened banana as accompaniment. After an interlude I'll perhaps devour cornflakes & semi-skimmed. By now the caffeine from the coffee & the sugar boost by way of the banana have kicked in and I'm bouncing off the walls. After I've calmed down, some toasted white bread with marmalade rounds things off nicely.

*repeat daily*

In hotels / B&Bs it's always cereal then toast.

Toast and coffee for me normally. sometimes cereal and coffee, but never toast and cereal together.

One or the other, not both.

I made a loaf of bread yesterday, so had toast this morning (topped with soya spread and marmite).

Porridge or cereals or yogurt with diced fresh fruit then perhaps toast. Once a week I'll have poached fish and eggs (kippers or smoked haddock) or a fried breakfast.

If I'm in a hotel or cafe it'll be toast and then a full English. At home I'd have one or the other but not both. I only really have cereal as a snack and even then only rarely.

I only have this in hotels or B&Bs where it would be fruit and/or fruit juice, followed by cereal, followed by full english or smoked haddock. Toast would be a constant. I rarely have brekkie at home but that would be just a yoghurt or grapefruit.

I find most cereals too processed or too much added sugar, so have some Muesli every morning

if both, then Cereal first, and then toast and marmalade.

In a hotel I would have a cooked breakfast, and no cereal.

So its grapefruit/fruit. cooked breakfast (with toast), bit more toast with marmalade. At least! Then a good walk to work it off!

Same here. Only black coffee at home. Maybe a bacon sarnie mid-morning at work if I'm feeling peckish but I never wake up hungry.
