That is welcome news - for you and for all those others without the upgrade.

Would you please also Post this on the EPG Version 4 Update Thread or start a new Thread - I'm sure it will help a lot of people?

Edit: You're ahead of me - Thankyou!!

Another forced download this afternoon caught the 3.4.4 update on the TU-DSB30!

Now Model: 1.2.D, OS: 1.2S4FE, EPG: 3.4.4b

Another attempt to do the same with the Panasonic iDTV resulted in - no change! Still on 3.2.11

Just my opinion, but I reckon that Panasonic need to be contacted over this issue.

All of the stand alone receivers have actually been supplied by Sky, the iDTV's havn't, as far as I am aware.

I can see Sky saying...not our problem to this one.

Oh and BTW Panasonic 31 force updated to new software OK.

Just did my first forced update right now, on a second-hand Pace 2500 (9F0503). Going from 3.1a.5 to 3.4.4b (and 1.2S4Bq to 1.2S4FE).

Everything went well, so I can stop biting my nails.

I could do without the music playing in the background, though!

I was beginning to get a little nervous as you do when your unless of the outcome!!

Those 4 lights look cool on the box, is there an option to have them on all the time?

One annoying thing has happened after my forced update - my digibox has lost its regional setting, 101 and 102 are now English BBC channels (they were Scottish). ITV 1 is now in a Central version instead of Scottish TV W (which I have now had to add as an Other Channel).

Is this resorting to a default setting normal with a forced update? It's kept my favourite channels (except of course Scottish TV W)

Oh what fun. Radio channels 3101 to 3190, can't access any of them by keying in their new channel numbers (e.g. 3101 takes me to 310 because the channel selection facility is only 3 digits).
