No issues here. Have you tried a planner rebuild?

If you still have problems, you can go back to the previous firmware with a forced update (as the latest one is not on there yet), although that may fix your current problems, they may come back as it will finally re-update (although it might work properly next time).

so far not a crash since software download hope it will be OK there is lots on tonight so will not be watching much on my planner.
if the box does go I may think about sky Q am I correct in thinking that getting sky broadband the box will be £100 set up fee and then £46 a month?
and what broadband would that have?
I would want to have fiber ?

Yeah ours are also still on R012 - not looking like we'll see the update before we get Sky Q installed in two weeks.

I check daily for a forced update to be available as per link in 1119 post above, but still not available. Still all on R12,most likely Easter Holidays slowed down the roll out

I wonder if Sky have a problem with the R013s roll outs my 2 STBs still on R012.079.50.00 released Sept 2015 still supposed to be on forced update. The R013 that is on Auto update was released March 22nd R013.082.07.00 and I have not had the earlier one which is supposed to be the Legacy Firmware R013.082.03.00 (Feb 24th release)

I've received it and it's very stable, I've had no problems, it's the 1st time I've ever got an auto update on this box, it's always been forced updates.

My DRX890 is still on R012 too. This seems to be quite a slow rollout.
