Sky say, from the first post:

"To quote the official line: 'Everyone will get it by summer'."

So summer time starts June 21st till 21st September.

Perhaps they should of said every one will have it during summer or by the end of summer since 'by summer' means they have only 10 days left.

Has anybody with A Pace Sky+ box, got the update yet? It seems a very long time since the update has beenrolled out to digiboxes and no sign of any updates to Sky+ yet, despite it being highlighted in their magazine and also on these forums for the last few months.

I just phoned Sky earlier this evening and asked when I could expect the much talked about and discussed update and the girl said it would be rolled out over the next few weeks and that I had to understand that they had 8 million customers and it was carried out on a phased system.

Well as you've still got the old software I'm guessing it hasn't been updated yet

I think i have missed my sky update, becuase I have moved house and the new house didn't have a sky dish. so between 27th may and 9th June in the mourning 9AM my sky box was completley off, mine is an old grundig box. would I have to force download software and how?

You have not missed the update. I too have a Grundig and mine has not yet been updated, and it is on 24/7.

The update has nothing to do with Grundig, Pace...

If everything works fine, wait for the update to be installed whenever your digibox/card is due to receive the update.

If you feel something's wrong with your box, force a reinstall - you might still receive the same software that's already installed - but then you know - it wasn't your turn yet
