I didn't think Hollyoaks could ever sink low with their actors but Scott takes the biscuit. Okay I know his character is supposed to be like that (possibly), it doesn't make it any more believable. I literally cringe when I see him on screen and does he even serve purpose now that Sinead will be departing soon?

Despise the character. Awful person, and a terrible actor

I did a Google search on him and it turns out he was part of the Emmerdale storywriting team as a Script Editor. Didn't expect that.

Are they feeling okay? I know Hollyoaks is awful at the moment but Scott really makes it worse and those teeth are really bleached and whitened it blinds my eyes.

I like him. I find him entertaining. The fake tan and whitened teeth are just part of the character. When Sinead is gone he can team up with Ste...

Another FM mentioned this when he joined, I was genuinely shocked too!! He had my dream job and gave it up to join HO and portray one of the worst written characters of all time?! Why?!?!?!

So far I like him a lot. And I'm feeling fine, ta. I enjoy his acting. I don't know how he'd do at the dramatic stuff but he's great at comedy, which seems to be his main purpose. Great delivery and timing. He doesn't need Sinead. He works well with everyone I've seen him share a scene with. Actually, while his scenes with Sinead are alright they are my least favourite. He is a far better actor than some other actors who are just dreadful but are popular for their looks. In such a silly show that takes itself so seriously and pretends to be brilliant he is the only part that makes sense because he is supposed to be completely ridiculous and he is. Wonderfully so.

Scott is much better than Sean Tully. At least Scott is amusing, Antony Cotton just isn't funny no matter how hard he tries. I love Scott, the way he looked up that kilt was hilarious!

He is awful. Once Sinead goes (cant come soon enough imo) he'll serve no purpose. His 'acting' makes Charlie Clapham look Oscar worthy. Imagine those 2 in a scene together. You may as well throw Nico in too. That would be a scene to miss. His character has no real.need to be in the show in the first place but even less once Sinead has gone. He jas destroyed the O'Connor family. Ste, who was destroyed before Scott has gotten even worse with his association with him, if that was even possible. Trying to get Ste with Sinead and taking against JP just to please his cousin got him off to a bad start and he hasnt rrecovered. Helping Tegan was beyond nonsense and he's got off scot-free. The soonee he goes and Ste gets away from him the better. Not that Ste's next story is any cpp but with Sinead gone and him hopefully having less to do.with Scott is a bonus. Hopefull tptb focus on fixing Ste'a character and Kieron can get back to good acting again. He has become extremely monotonous recently and he doesnt look yo be enjoyong work. He doesnt even seem enthusiastic about 'Starry'. Who can blame him? His stories recently with 'Stinead' and working with Scott cant make anyone enjoy themselves. Thrn Starry. Seriously poor guy.

I'm sure that the guy playing Scott is a nice enough person, but this character is awful.

He's getter way too much screen time.

I just had a look at his showreel on YouTube. Alot of his characters are the same so no need for taxing himself. He has been on HO before. The scene was sitting down with Maxine and saying her firm advertises with his. I was watching then and don't remember him which is why they thought they could bring him back. The trouble with playing OTT characters is that they become really tiring to watch which is what is happening here.

Steph Davis was clearly spending too much time with him because she started acting OTT like him.

Even I don't know, I'd expect him to be a personal assistant but someone who actually assists with the storylines. I'm a budding script writer and to think he lived it (almost) is shocking to hear.

I like Scott, he's a bit of light relief. I'm not sure why people are criticising his acting either - what criteria are you using?

I think Scott will get with Ste. The signs are all there, they'll have another play fight and end up kissing. I'd much prefer Ste with Scott rather than John Paul or Sinead.

Yep I think Ste and Scott would be believable as a couple, well more so that Ste's more recent pairings. Their personalities are more aligned and equal, they could spark and bounce off each other (if you pardon the expression).
