It makes sense for EVERYONE to get Liz out. I wouldn't have said it was best for Vanessa until this week, only because Austwins were loyal to her and they were numbers she desperately needed, and also a shield, but now they've turned on her, she has nothing to lose. I understand why she's loyal to them right now for the reasons I've just said, but as soon as she finds out/if she finds out that they've been throwing her under the bus, she'll be done with them. She's already tried really hard to form an alliance with Steve and John but John's not having any of it... so she's been forced to go back to Austwins.


Austin's not done anything, either. Liz will be targeted first out of the three of them, unless she and Julia sell out Austin and make a deal with the HoH who finally targets them (if that ever happens).

Absolutely. However, I think Vanessa need Liz gone the most out of anyone so far to really increase her odds in the game. Austin / Julia would cling onto her which she needs.

Only Steve seems to be reasoning that Liz might need to go from what he has said to himself but then again this is the guy who wasted an HoH on Jackie intended to get Meg / Becky out

Liz's HoH is over - they should be coming together to get out Austwins. They don't even need to include Vanessa, just pull Steve/John/Meg/James together and make a deal not to take each other out next week since there's a clear trio still there.

I've given up on trying to guess his tactics, aside from "earn America's Favorite prize at final." That bit is pretty clear.

I can imagine Steve reaching this point though. Possibly too late to do any good, but he might get there eventually.

Why would John who needs the Austwins vote go against them NOW? If that gets out he is gone. Why wouldn´t he want to make an alliance with them? They suggested that, not John. He should be glad that someone wants to work with him atm.

That doesn´t mean he would stick to that until F5. He doesn´t like those people, he doesn´t care to go back on his word. They made an 8 person alliance to get him and Steve out TWICE!

I'm not sure how much Austin my eyes will be able to tolerate in the coming weeks. Whenever I switch feeds on there he is, camped out snugly in twinville.

If Austwins remain off the block next week, they control the vote (only five will be voting). It's at the point in the game where the five non-Austwins really can't afford to let them get any further as a trio. The next HoH HAS to take a swipe at them.

Who is going to sacrifice their game for the benefit of others though? James could win HoH and do it, but he has only the worthless Meg for protection. So he would need to win the Veto the following week to survive. Pretty much the same story for John.

I like John's strategy for next week. Nominate Vanessa with a twin, guaranteeing a useful eviction (preferably Vanessa). Then hope for Jackie or Becky to return so ADC can go 3 on 3 against Austwins. But knowing just how gormless James and Meg are, they would probably target John and Steve instead. If that happens I'll take another week away from it LOL
