I was listening to Bob just before 2 and it sounds like he is no longer on Saturday Mornings from 10-2 as he said Alan Edwards is doing that show now but Bob said he would be covering for Alan a week on Saturday. That wasn't long Bob had that show for he only took it over in January.

Also no Superscoreboard on Clyde 1 on Saturday, seems that if Celtic and Rangers arent playing on a Saturday then they wont do the show. Gina McKie is on instead but they have a special Superscoreboard on Sunday from 11.40am - 4pm for the old firm game.
I wish they would give Bob a permanent gig, it's a rubbish way to treat such a long serving presenter.

No I asked for Galway girl then Paul said I might not have that can you pick a second song and I picked Rod Stewart's Sailing. I came off the phone and thought I really should have asked for something more unusual but it was the first song that came in to my head.
Who presents that show in Scotland? Don't think the England stations have a presenter for it!

Looks like there will be another new presenter taking over the Evening Show on Bauer Scotland in the Summer. Knoxy seems to be moving Abroad. A little unfortunate that another change is happening so quickly but it couldnt be helped. That slot will have had 3 presenters in a year by August. I wonder what lucky presenter will be getting promoted to a network slot this time.
Where did you hear she's moving abroad??

I know Riddy is the only one of the old local AM breakfast host to have a held a permanent slot (Sunday breakfast). Someone can correct if im wrong but I have never heard Riddy doing an cover.

Bob has done cover all over the schedule but did a lot at the end of last year when the John leslie thing kicked off when he was covering Gina's network show and then got the Saturday morning slot but that has gone now.

McRuvie is on a local station called Original fm. Kenny Campbell is back on Westsound but this time the Dumfries station rather than the Ayrshire one. Im not too sure what the Tay AM Breakfast DJ is called.

Could Bob not have done his shows from Tweedbank which is much closer to his home than Clydebank is. They have shown they can broadcast from any radio studio, and the Tweedbank studio used to link up to Forth House for taking the Max AM network from 7pm, so it could easily link up to Clydebank when Bob is doing a show on the AM network. Ally Bally’s show still comes from Dundee?

Ally Bally is the only old school host that is on 6 days per week. How did they find a full time permanent slot for him, but not for Bob?

And will Jim Symon be making a comeback on the radio soon anywhere? It was rumoured that he would be doing the late show on Go Radio but that station I fear may have bitten the dust. Hope all is not lost though.

I would guess where Bauer own the local multiplex like Tyne & Wear and Teesside they will offer replacement services like one of the Absolute Decade Stations like Absolute 60's', 70's or 00's and Kiss Fresh.

I'm sure Rangers fans will take great solace in the fact that it's the opinions of the footballing bodies that matter, not the opinions of sour faced greetin' obsessed Celtic fans who would be better asking why a blind darts player could score more trebles than they could

PS I'm a Falkirk supporter, just have zero tolerance of bleating Celtic fans and their boring obsession

Dunno if i've completley missed some sort of announcement - however I see Clyde are trailing a 30 day 'Clyde Rocks' station with as the title says rock music and a Supercoreboard extra programme - http://radioplayer.clyderocks.com/live/
