McRuvie is on a local station called Original fm. Kenny Campbell is back on Westsound but this time the Dumfries station rather than the Ayrshire one. Im not too sure what the Tay AM Breakfast DJ is called.”
Could Bob not have done his shows from Tweedbank which is much closer to his home than Clydebank is. They have shown they can broadcast from any radio studio, and the Tweedbank studio used to link up to Forth House for taking the Max AM network from 7pm, so it could easily link up to Clydebank when Bob is doing a show on the AM network. Ally Bally’s show still comes from Dundee?
Ally Bally is the only old school host that is on 6 days per week. How did they find a full time permanent slot for him, but not for Bob?
And will Jim Symon be making a comeback on the radio soon anywhere? It was rumoured that he would be doing the late show on Go Radio but that station I fear may have bitten the dust. Hope all is not lost though.
