I listen to Absolute 90s and they play a lot of pop/dance, so is broader range of genres than the main station. But agree unless you have tried you probably think they are all rock stations so maybe they need to be Bauer 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s, 00s?

Not really feeling the change of the OSA show, not a massive change in the choonage!

It wasnt meant to be a big change. The point of Grant taking over was that the show was coming from Scotland rather than Manchester. I bet the music played on both shows is the same
Old Skool dance music in Scotland (and N. England to be fair) was massively different, having two separate shows with a 1 size fits all approach is just plain stupid! Play to your market, Bauer! |

Then it utterly defeats the point

So you think it should be more like a classic version of GBX
Sometimes I hear songs that no one up here would ever considered OSA, whilst ignoring a great back catalogue |

I am surprised that this move to networking Scottish shows hasn't led to the GBX being network though

It was only a theory.
So what is correct then Radiogram ![]() The show rates VERY well and Clyde would drop it at their peril. |

Where would we be without DS posters theories?
![]() The show rates VERY well and Clyde would drop it at their peril. ![]() But for some reason he does have quite a following and is quite popular. See by rates VERY well do you mean it is the most popular breakfast show in the area? |

There is a good bit of money coming out the Bauer City 2 budget this week as John Leslie's show is coming from Nassau Paradise Island in the Bahamas. Unless it is being paid by a promoter
http://www.westsoundradio.com/win/wi...o-to-atlantis/ Also Gavin Pearson is covering the late show for Fiona Shields on the Bauer City 1 from 10pm tonight. Also Mark Martin is covering for Grant Thomson on Old Skool and Anthems and Clyde 1 home run |
