No matter how bad or whatever he is, he do t deserve this, no one deserves to go prison for a terrible crime they never committed and if they do would you like it to happen to your family

At least he will have protection on that block from vinegar lips Dorithy, she won't let anyone touch her step son Max.

Max cared for Lucy and obviously had a sexual relationship with her but he didnt kill her. How can DTC show Max in this way

As much as it don't like the way max is in jail and Ian and Jane are letting it happen, I have to admit I have stayed watching eastenders again because of this storyline (I stopped for a while after the Lucy killer reveal cos I thought it was stupid). It is interesting to see how many characters actually think max coud have done it, and to have his own daughter and sister turn against him just shows how sometimes blood isn't thicker than water! I would have liked jack to come back though and help his brother, or at least a reference from ian and Jane or so as to whether or not Lauren knows max had been charged with Lucy's murder

Awful what is happening to Max. This storyline was interesting at the start but now has turned into the worst one ever. The way it seems to going, the truth will never be revealed because I'm not sure how the characters involved can stay.

If Max is ever released i would not talk to Abi and Carol ever again after doubting his innocence

Max should not be wrote off the show by going down for Lucy's murder when he didnt do it he needs to be free and just leave the square thats a perfect ending for Max

Max thought that Abi killed Lucy. I didn't see him handing her in when Jake was arrested.

Be funny if Alice walked by with Nelson Munz and they pointed at him and said 'Haw Haw!"

I have to agree. I felt so sorry for Max this week. First he's beaten up in prison and then his own sister doesn't believe him. While I understand Ian and Jane's reluctance to hand Bobby over 9even though they should really), Jane could have taken the blame just like Tanya did when Lauren ran Max over - even that would have been better.

I think Kathy will be the one that sees through Bobby and that will lead to lots of Max / Kathy prison scenes and eventually they will get it on.

Bubba and the rest of the inmates will take a shine to his arse soon enough

Hopefully Max will get out then abandon Abi. Him getting sent down would be so predictable.

Look, I'm not saying Max isn't a human, but equally I'm not saying he isn't just six medium-clever racoons stacked in the shape of a person.

Just asking the question we all want answered here... Max: human, or medium clever racoons?

Thanks.

Eurgh he slept with her granddaughter and Max's grandchild will be Kathys great grandchild. They need to keep well away from each other

It wouldn't surprise me if Max slept with Kathy before he left the man has needs

He's such an unsympathetic character though so for me it doesn't really work. He's been a womanising dick (no pun intended...okay, bit of a pun intended) for years. Even though I know he didn't kill Lucy it is very hard to have sympathy with him for it.
