whats the issue here?????

is it my fault adam decided to eat a bit more?

im a bit chunky myself these days do i cry foul when someone points it out ? no

i take responsibility and admit i need to cut down on the cakes

i like ian/adam and respect his work especially after the live ep it just saddens me that he's let himself go especially when you look back at old clips like i previously mentioned.

could i have worded it more sensitively? sure but sometimes my humour is quite irreverant . does that mean i should censor myself to spare people who dont get the joke?

But there is no joke in criticising someone's personal appearance

He should become Shirley's best mate, she loves an obese sidekick.

Slating someone's body is not my idea of a joke. Where's the funny side of that?

I agree.
Adam could have a health issue that's made him put on weight fgs. Even if not, it's none of anyone's business but his and his doctor's. It's no one's place to sit on the internet and say he needs to do this or that about his health, none of us know anything about his situation and we've really no need or right to know. I wish people would mind their own business and not presume to know what a total stranger needs.

Wtf? Physically speaking, Ian IS Adam and vice versa. You can't comment on Ian's appearance (apart from costume obviously) without commenting on Adam's.

Erm yeah, there wasn't any contradiction or double standard there.

There's no such thing as making up facts, that's kind of why they're facts... And no one's making anything up or having any agenda, it's a perfectly valid point that he could have a health condition. Lots of health conditions and medications can cause weight gain.

Its quite realistic actually. People are often too fat or too thin after a bereavement.
