After someone questioned him on storylines coming to an end. He replied It's called long-running drama. So all these stories looks like it still could be going on by the end of next year I certainly hope not but that's almost what hes implying.

I get that but it seems as if everything goes off the boil before it's concluded. I love what he's doing with 'Who Killed Lucy?' and think he deserves commending for the Dean/Linda rape storyline but I must say he doesn't seem to want to conclude anything.

Whilst I appreciate long-running storylines with twists and turns I do think there also needs to be short, 4-week, nicely packaged 'soapland' beginning, middle and end storylines too alongside it. Otherwise often nothing actually happens.

Did HE indicated the end of 2016 for some SLs or is that just your interpretation? Long running drama makes sense to me and obviously some will go on for a long time

I'm with you on this, there has to be a mixture of long and short SLs to keep our attention

He does conclude some stories.
Just gets the character to leave really really quickly & pointlessly.

I think it would be more professional to let his work do the talking for him. Responding to criticism makes it seem as though he is rattled by it.

it was you. You always replying to him saying he's not doing his job properly and how he's losing it. You been doing this for a very long time as well.

I understand this and pretty much agree, but there also needs to be a balance. What shortish storylines have there been recently? The Coker saga for example has been dragged out for weeks now. We've all pretty much sussed what Les has been up to but it still trundles on.
