Her lack of enthusiasm and promotion does not her no good in my opinion. Once upon a time, she was massive in the UK and she has abandoned her UK fanbase a hell of a lot other the years, with only a X Factor slot being the only thing she has promo wise.”
Femme Fatale was a great album. Still play it and love it to this day. 'Till The World Ends' was a huge hit in the US and elsewhere, it did OKish here, but for some reason Radio would not play it, no idea why Radio 1 shunned it (ageism again probably) .
Britney Jean was half great, half crap. literally 50/50. So she will really need to pull something amazing out of the bag. And unfortunately i just cant see it, she will likely be one of those artists who will carry on releasing music now and again for her core fanbase.. much like what i see happening to Lady Gaga.
Frankly i would take them anyday over the stuff which gets flogged to the masses such as Sam Smith and anything else which gets to number one these days for that matter.
