I feel I am going to find Joanne as annoying this series as I did last series.

I know it's really shallow - but I remain transfixed by Karen's legs and feet. They really are the most undancery looking set of uprights.

Oh I agree. She looked almost ungainly in last year's Charleston. Odd isn't it.

Nice to see Ola looking so well and Alijaz still looking so scrummy (yes, I'm really shallow!).

My God that Joanne is annoying.

She tries too hard IMO. She comes over as desperately keen to become a "character" and a well loved celebrity. Give it time luv is what I say. It takes a while for the public to get to know the celebrities when they're new.

I agree about Ola. She is one of my favourites and bloody good on her for keeping her head up when everything was going on with James last year.

I was hugely impressed with Joanne last season but I do agree she needs to calm it down a bit......looking a bit like a toddler with a tube full of blue smarties at the moment and her Twitter. My goodness she's never off it.

But she's young, impressionable and I think she'd modelled herself a bit on Karen. But her dancing......that waltz / foxtrot with Anton was one of the most beautiful dances I ever saw and I could watch her back all evening. Literally her back......the lines, positions and shapes she makes to a non dancer like me, well it's mesmerising. It's almost like rubber.

Agree. She has a beautiful face but her legs are, ugh! Very bandy and short. I know I am an old dancer, but mine are a hell of a lot better - and my feet! I find her very hard to watch to be honest.

Beyond hideous, but then I am not surprised. Have to admit I loathe watching her and find her mannerisms and affectations truly cringe making. I wish she'd grow up and just stop over doing the sugar-high squeaking because her ballroom is really rather good, even if the choreography is very tedious.

I can't help but think that she was badly let down by the levels of her partner last year- hence the wacky choreograpy.

I hadn't realised she was 30 - that makes her hyperactive toddler act twice as annoying and unnecessary.

I think Joanne is fabulous . I love her quirkiness, although that orange is ehh eye catching

I've noticed in a lot of her dance kit she has the most amazing abdominal wall. Right up there with Flavia in terms of definition.

She seems to have drawn the red hair straw this year, and I don't think she has found an ideal colour of red yet, but she is pretty so she will still look good.

I prefer someone who is different and Joanne may be very hit and miss with what she tries, but I find it interesting to see how much of it is her real persona and where she develops to.

It would be nice to see her dance a really good Ballroom number at some point this series (but it seems quality like that is a thing of the past ). Who is the best male Ballroom dancer? - maybe Aljaz?

Kristina looks like Maria Sharapova would if she smiled.

I also like quirky different people and since following Joanne on Twitter I've really started to like her, last year on Strictly she came across too sweet and cutesy I hope she tones that down this year. She's had the red hair for a while I love it.
