A very eminent judge, who frankly has seen it all in the courtroom, begs to differ and found Peter to be an unreliable witness. He did not believe him. At all. His job is to get to the truth.
Are you saying the High Court judge is an idiot, or blind or unable to differentiate between honesty and diva behaviour? Really?
Making a judgement (or as you say making comment in public - erm, as judges do in court which are then reported justifiably) is normal. It is the law.
Unless of course you think Peter Andre is above the law?
