I predict a sympathy gaining injury... But not bad enough that he'd have to bow out, of course. Brave little soldier, dancing through the pain, cheered on by some of his kids (who he loves).

Because the image that he attempts to impress his fans with is probably nothing like his real self.

What has much of the generalised discussion of the celebs lives, activities and behaviour got to do with Strictly?

If the forum restricted itself solely to discussion of the 1 minute and 20 seconds of dance performed by each contestant there wouldn't be much to be said (especially as each dance now contains about 20 seconds of actual dancing, if that).

Celebs come on SCD to up their public profile, and as such their career and life beyond the parameters of the show are inevitably discussed by viewers.

This is a pretty damning characterisation, and one that many feel was bound to surface sooner or later, given the way PA (and indeed many other 'famous for being famous' types) manipulate the media (and the truth) in order to keep the cash flowing their way.

His fans aren't exactly rushing to his Appreciation thread, just 14, compared to Jay, who has a total of 246 messages, and who hopefully WILL be the Top Man tomorrow.

Peters fans are in it for the long haul.

I don't know whether or not Peter Andre genuinely felt threatened by Hendricks, but then neither does the judge. So to have publically made the comments he did was very unfair. Having read the vicious rants in question, which went on for weeks and weeks, both to the mother of his child, and Andre, I think most people would have been afraid of Hendricks.

A very eminent judge, who frankly has seen it all in the courtroom, begs to differ and found Peter to be an unreliable witness. He did not believe him. At all. His job is to get to the truth.

Are you saying the High Court judge is an idiot, or blind or unable to differentiate between honesty and diva behaviour? Really?

Making a judgement (or as you say making comment in public - erm, as judges do in court which are then reported justifiably) is normal. It is the law.

They may be, but I doubt if P'duh will.

One of our country's judges main roles is to reach judgement on the reliability of those giving evidence - and high court judges have years of experience doing so - so I always get confused when people think that Judges don't know what they're talking about!!

While not a Peter Andre fan, Judges are not infallible. There are a few who have made really appalling decisions recently ... one in the news today involving a repeat offender. To refer to what someone said upthread, if someone feels threatened they are entitled to say so surely.

OMG..can you imagine the scene in Chez P'duh when this ruling was revealed.

Whaaaat! Oh dear, oh dear. Any excuse eh? Did they read the bit about the Judge actually seeing Nev for who he was, but still being able to differentiate between what is fair and what is not - and a broken contract.

He also behaved appallingly over a contract, tried to wriggle out of it and destroy a man's livelihood. Yep. Peter Andre is such a mensch.

I agree that judges are not infallible. But I cannot think of any scenario in which I would give greater credence the words of Peter Andre versus those of a high court judge.

Just why would a judge sift the evidence having the tweets in front of him and decide that Peter was the liar in the whole case. Perhaps he is a Jay fan

It seems no one has covered themselves in glory in this whole case. If I were Peter I would keep very quiet over this unless the judge decides he needs to be charged with lying to the court.

The problem with PA is that he peddles a 'reality' - what you see is what you get - persona. The truth of it is that it's a manufactured persona based on what his PR want you to believe.

Unfortunately for him, a judge can see where unreality ends and reality begins!

That's what happens when you're reduced to selling your personal life to the highest bidder.
