I imagine EE's 200GB sims are the reason Vodafone are doing this. It's not quite as good, on EE you would get 101GB + 100GB for 2 months for £10, on Vodafone you have to spent at least £20 and you get 52GB for 30 days, although you'll also have 500 mins and unl texts.
It's a significant amount of data and a great way to extensively test out Vodafone's 4G network. Even a £40 topup would only normally give you 6GB.
