Keep trying to do this. Keeps saying 'Sorry, there seems to be a problem

Authorisation error: Please retry.'

Bank account in credit. Using a debit card. Called the bank and they say VOD aren't actually trying to take the money. No request is being made.

I get this EVERY time I try to top up. It's a joke. Apparently I'm not alone. Is there a solution? I've downloaded the app but it wants to connect for the first time through the VOD sim and there is zero VOD data where I live. So I suppose I'm going to have to go and find some to get the app working so I can use it over wifi.

Why can't EE or VOD get their online account systems to work at all?
