Helen, who I first clocked as a mysterious guest in 'Hotel Babylon'.

I chose Kirsty - she's pretty and seems nice, plus I know who she is! I think and hope that she could do well, but we'll see!

There is a wide variety of contestants this year. Unlike last year where I had heard of all of the contestants (bar the rugby player, Thom Evans), I have found that there are a number (the likes of Georgia May Foote; the boxer, Anthony Ogologo and the member from the boyband, The Wanted etc) that I knew nothing about.

The two who I am most interested in are Helen George (from "Call The Midwife") and Carol Kirkwood.

Jay, Iwan, Kellie and Georgia are my early favs.

Pre-launch show it's probably Jeremy Vine, with Ainsley in second place.

After the launch show (or even after the red carpet) I'll be able to form an opinion on them - but, until then, they could be wonderful, and I'd have no idea! I fully expect to have at least one favourite out of the group I currently know nothing about, because that's how Strictly tends to work for me.

Good mix this year - and a good mix of opinions on the poll too - nobody getting nothing but also nobody really running away with it. It this very small straw poll is anything to go on, then it could be the closest series for years.

I plumped for Ainsley as my favourite, but to be honest there's nobody I really don't like this year.

I've heard of all of them/know what they do, except for Jay.

I've only just seen who the celebs are and it's very good wow!
