Your statement doesn't even make sense.
In one breath you say people should be allowed to have personal views, but then you ignore the fact that CBB kicked her off for that.
You can't have it both ways in terms of their culpability. Either they planned this all and the sin is massive public manipulation and lying. Or they didn't plan this, thus being massively incompetent in terms of background checking, and then folded like a house of cards and broke their contract with her. Either way they've compromised themselves.
This is just the usual thing where someone doesn't want to allow the show to be criticised--even where BOTH possible ways of looking at things show them in a bad light.
