A woman who has since immediately said she was seriously mentally ill and off her head on drugs for years at the time (and despite sobriety is clearly still not with it), and apologised profusely, did something disturbing at that time that disgusts people...are people really that surprised?

I think she's entitled to her views (however mad) as anyone is - the photo was the worst thing for me. But I don't think some folk should get so upset by someone who was on TV for less than a few hours a day for just two, displayed no such convictions that we saw, and will be forgotten within a week. Save that energy for the folk that truly matter, like the politicians still in parliament who supported
our genocide in Iraq, and do something more productive about it than posting on an entertainment forum.
I did
not see such outrage about Hopkins' ongoing view that Palestinians should be bombed, despite it happening
now (with the US and UK's - at least tacit - support).
If we're going back to WW2 try visiting Hiroshima sometime...you will never be the same again. And it was a good thing - right? - because the history books (written by the victors) tell us it ended the war. But (in that case) other more reasoned and researched books (imo) tell us it wasn't necessary at all, the Japanese were on the brink of surrender anyway. **** it though, let's nuke Nagasaki too, just to show who's boss.
Stalin was (again imho) far far worse than Hitler, very many more deaths, and had a direct hand (rather than delegating) in far more of them. Yes good old Stalin, carved up Eastern Europe with Hitler, and Churchill still wanted an alliance with him (and got his wish in the end). But we dealt with him after the war didn't we...oh, whoopsie.
There would be no NASA without the Nazi scientists the US pinched during and after the war. Where's the outrage about, say, any NASA stuff on our TV and in our museums?

So you haven't seen her comprehensive and heartfelt apology and explanation then?

That's what I think of this fckn rotten show.
They will stoop to whatever to gain notoriety. Even evict Tila in a pre-arranged contract (how could she ever win otherwise)
[They] are fckd up corrupt bstds that will do anything to gain notoriety and headlines.
Even through a effed up young women whom I believe has been corrupted.”
I agree.
BB must have been aware, otherwise they are guilty of gross negligence imo.

And that was the series that had Jimmy Savile coming into the house for a few days to 'make peoples' dreams come true', with Barrymore looking petrified beyond when he came in, and Galloway grovelling at his feet.
As much as this is an entertainment show, there has almost always been much more to it than meets the eye. But it's not generally talked about on here. And so I'm done with talking about Tila anymore - a storm in a teacup, or to put it another way just yet another who's been chewed up and spat out by BB for their own ends imo, and I will get back to just the entertainment side of it.
Peace to all, always
